This policy explains what personal data Alephix Intelligence ("we", "us") collects when you use alephixintelligence.com and the Alephix workspace, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data — your name, email address and profile photo, provided when you sign up with email/password or Google.
- Workspace data — content you create in the product: portfolio holdings, watchlists, research notes, workflows, prompts and agent run history.
- Subscription and payment records — your plan, billing period, order and payment identifiers. Card, UPI and banking details are collected and processed by Razorpay, our payment processor; they never reach our servers.
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited and device/browser information, collected via Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the service.
- To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Where your data lives
Account and workspace data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database) with access restricted to your own account, enforced by database security rules. Data is encrypted in transit. Payment processing happens on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual workspace items at any time from within the product. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us via the contact page and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for payment records we must retain by law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the date above.
