These terms govern your use of alephixintelligence.com and the Alephix workspace (together, the "Service"), operated by Alephix Intelligence ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to them.

1. The service

Alephix Intelligence provides software tools for investing workflows: dashboards, finance agents, workflows, research notes and prompt libraries. Access to the workspace requires a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one user unless your plan says otherwise.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Prices are shown before tax. The tax that applies to your billing country — GST in India, VAT or the local equivalent elsewhere — is added at checkout and itemised on your receipt.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Free trial and automatic renewal: starting a free trial requires a payment method, which is saved with Razorpay as a mandate. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged automatically at the price shown at signup, and it renews automatically each period after that until you cancel. Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you are charged nothing.
• A subscription grants access for the period paid for. You can cancel renewal at any time from Billing inside the workspace; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. No investment advice on securities

The Service is a software tool. Nothing it produces about a security — including agent reports, signals, screens, scores or suggested actions — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell. Markets involve risk; decisions you make based on the Service are entirely your own responsibility. We are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst or broker-dealer.

5. Ratings on virtual digital assets

The Service publishes model-generated ratings, price levels and suggested position sizes on virtual digital assets — cryptocurrencies and tokens — which are not securities. These appear only in the Calls section of the workspace and on virtual-digital-asset pages.

Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions. Ratings are impersonal: they are computed by a published method from public market data and take no account of your holdings, income, tax position, time horizon or objectives. They are not personalised advice, not a solicitation to transact, and not a promise of any outcome. Position sizes are expressed as a share of an allocation you have already decided to make, never as a view on how much of your wealth belongs in digital assets. We do not custody, exchange, transfer or broker any digital asset, and we do not execute transactions on your behalf. Gains may be taxable in your jurisdiction — in India, transfers of virtual digital assets attract tax under section 115BBH and withholding under section 194S. You are responsible for your own tax position.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, reselling access without permission, or using it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

Content you create in the workspace (notes, workflows, prompts, portfolio data) remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to run the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; if we materially reduce what your paid plan includes, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including trading or investment losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
